The 15th Eurovision Young Musicians final will be held in Vienna, Austria on May 14, 2010, during the Wiener Festwochen.

Solo candidates, aged under 20 in the year of the competition, will represent each participating EBU member state, in a preliminary Semi-Final round. Out of these candidates the 7 best will be selected by an international jury to perform live as finalists in the show at the Rathausplatz.

The young musicians will be accompanied by the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra, under the leading of the German conductor Cornelius Meister.

Six countries have confirmed their participation in the competition so far, while Finland has announced its' withdrawal due to financial reasons.[1]
