User:Rklear/VGA/2002 (under construction) will contain a comprehensive list of all General Assembly members from the start of the 2002 session, when the last full redistricting took effect, through 2011, when the next one should kick in. I hope to build backward from here, decade by decade to a more comprehensive list of members. The House web site provides a fairly full list back to the 1940 session. The Senate has bios but no comprehensive search.

Start adding content other than basic bio stuff to the Virginia General Assembly member articles. It being a House election year, though, I suspect I'll spend more time reverting unsourced POV than anything.
