Sarah Blanck (born January 18, 1977) is a member of the Royal Brighton Yacht Club. She was born in Melbourne.

She attended the Luther College School in Croydon Hills.

In 2002 she won the Olympic class Europe World Championships.

In 1995 Sarah won the ISAF Youth World Championship.

In 1997 Sarah won the Laser Radial Women's World Championships.

Sarah Blanck has been selected to represent Australia in the 2008 Olympics in Qingdao, Beijing, China. She will be sailing the women's singlehanded dinghy, the Laser Radial.
