Butterfield Green is an area on the edge of Luton, England. It is the location for the new 85-acre Butterfield Business and Technology Park. The site will have up to one million square feet of office space in a low density development in a parkland setting.

Butterfield is the location of the University of Bedfordshire's Healthcare Learning Centre. The UK's first Hilton Garden Inn hotel will open at Butterfield in May 2008.
