Vivek Bindra (born 5 April 1982) is an Indian entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and business coach. He is the founder and CEO of Bada Business, a company that provides training and consulting services to businesses[1]

Vivek Bindra was born on 5 April 1982 in Delhi, India. He completed his schooling in Delhi and later pursued his MBA from the Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur. His early life was marked by significant challenges, which he often references in his motivational speeches.

Career

Vivek Bindra began his career in the corporate sector, working in various roles before venturing into entrepreneurship. He founded Global ACT (Global Academy for Corporate Training) in 2009, which later evolved into Bada Business. Bada Business provides a range of business solutions, including online courses, leadership training, and consulting services aimed at helping businesses grow and succeed.

In 2023, Vivek Bindra was involved in a public feud with fellow motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari[11][12][13][14], which attracted significant media attention.[15] Additionally, he faced allegations of physical assault by his wife, which led to legal proceedings.[16]


In 2024, Vivek Bindra and Bada Business Pvt Ltd faced allegations of running a "money chain like scheme" that allegedly defrauded numerous individuals, particularly young entrepreneurs. Petitioners claimed that Bindra and his company used misleading advertisements, falsely promising high earnings and misrepresenting the involvement of well-known personalities in their courses."CBI to probe Vivek Bindra 'scam'? On October 7, 2024, the Supreme Court of India issued a notice to the central government and other respondents in response to a petition seeking a CBI probe into the alleged scam. The petition, filed by Shubham Chaudhary and others, claims that despite complaints to local police, no action has been taken. The court has sought responses from the involved parties before proceeding further.[17][18][19]
