Nothing about Acts 17:26
[edit]From KJV: And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation. My understanding is that this has been important in the Christian view that all humans are of the same species. Not worth commenting on? LastDodo (talk) 21:13, 14 April 2023 (UTC)
"Distance" topic

The journey 'by night' from Thessalonica to Berea (Acts 17:10) presumably took more than one night.
The Jews of Thessalonica had just started a near riot against Paul and his companions.
Acts 17:10 reads: Acts 17:10 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.
It is not claiming the trip took a night - it is stating that they sent him away by night (to prevent him being attacked). Obviously no one is naturally covering 45 miles in one night. 99.33.126.209 (talk) 00:08, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
