Hailey Nation
The United Hailey Nation (UHA), commonly known as the Hailey Nation (H.N.) is a country primarily consisting of 3 provinces, a federal district, five major and two Minor Outlying Islands. It is the world's eighth-largest country by both land and total area. It directly shares land borders with Ava, Shiv, and Tommy. With a population of over 3 million, it is the 4th most populous country on the IB Archipelago and the 18th-most populous in the world. The national capital of the Hailey Nation is Zellville and its most populous city and principal financial center is New Bean City.
Government
The Hailey nation is considered a totalitarian oligarchy, exercising near total control of its citizens.[1] Citizens have limited freedom of speech and the press is largely state-run.[2] There have been several incidents in which dissidents and political opponents have been jailed or detained without evidence.[3][4]
Controversy
The Hailey nation is known for its troubling human rights record. Its leaders have taken a hostile stance towards the Rocco nation and are known to use manipulative tactics to recruit allies.[5] Recent information indicates that the Hailey nation has significant nuclear capabilities and is intent on world domination.[6] See “YYY” plot. The Hailey nation remains one of the most pressing threats to geopolitical stability in the IB archipelago, as its continued expansion begins to provoke suspicion amongst its neighbors.
