Yana-Wara is an upcoming Peruvian drama and mystery film written and co-directed by Óscar Catacora along with Tito Catacora.[1][2] It is the posthumous work of Óscar Catacora, following his passing on November 26, 2021, during the filming of the film in El Collao Province due to appendicitis.[3]

Plot

The communal justice system accuses Don Evaristo, 80 years old, for the murder of his granddaughter Yana-Wara, 13 years old. During the hearing, everyone learns the tragic story of this young girl.[2]
