The article :Ron Mamiya has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the proposed deletion/dated notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing proposed deletion/dated will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.<!-- Template:Proposed deletion notify --> AnthroMimus (talk) 16:17, 26 May 2023 (UTC)

This is a test. Testing...

Learned this kind of box at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Barack_Obama#Need_to_define_what_is_included_in_article_.28Proposal_of_30_March_2009.29

I was just restating in layman's terms Wikipedia policy, that important points should be included and certainly have higher priority than trivial details (which, if too trivial have so low priority that they are not included in an article).

This met with fantastic opposition...but what were they opposing? Grsz11 even went on record as "Oppose" and Tvoz was very much against the discussion.

I hope it was not being argumentative just for argument's sake (which is disruptive). I hope it was not opposition against basic Wikipedia principles.

If they didn't want to participate in the discussion, they could have kept silent. There are countless other discussions in Wikipedia that most people choose not to participate in.

Anyway, Grsz11 has marked the issue as resolved and has taught me how to make a box in the process.

Proposed Deletion

Proposed deletion of Ron Mamiya
Notice

The article Ron Mamiya has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
