Sensationalist opening sentence

It's almost comical to open the article by saying someone is known best for "bulldozing" the constitution. I'm largely an outside observer skeptically looking to khan's seemingly Trumpian messaging around current affairs, yet, opening the article immediately alerts me to biased authorship.
