Thank you

A glass of Thandai for you
Here is a glass of Thandai for you. Thandai is a traditional Indian cold drink prepared with a mixture of almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon kernels, rose petals, pepper, vetiver seeds, cardamom, saffron, milk and sugar.

Thank you for keeping vigil with 2020 coronavirus pandemic in India. Here is something to recharge you, cheers.

Rollback granted

Hi Mr.Mani Raj Paul. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! – Juliancolton | Talk 15:58, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request

Can I copy your format of User page details. Of course I will put my own details. I like your format. Hence, I'm requesting you to give me permission. Thanking you. Sri Harsha 07:39, 18 March 2020 (UTC)

@Sri Harsha 191817:, yes you can (Mr.Mani Raj Paul (talk) 10:07, 18 March 2020 (UTC))[reply]

Thank you Sri Harsha 10:19, 18 March 2020 (UTC)

Hey, regarding the daily cases table

I saw the new table. But can you wait a moment before completing it. I have a different format (it's from the Sweden article) that I want to work on. If you think it is better, you can join me and work on that instead. Check this. Thanks. Shanze1 (talk) 15:57, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Mayankj429: : If you can help with this too, that'd be great. We can split the work so that it's done easily and fast. Let me know what you guys think. Shanze1 (talk) 16:01, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Shanze1: : Sure, will do as much i can. Table format you have made seems better as well. - Mayankj429 (talk) 16:05, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. @Mr.Mani Raj Paul: What do you say? Shanze1 (talk) 16:07, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mayankj429: @Shanze1: , I like your table good, we should work on it. But for gathering previous day's data is difficult one. Don't worry we will find it. I also added a temporary Table Here for some days (Mr.Mani Raj Paul (talk) 16:12, 18 March 2020 (UTC))[reply]
@Mayankj429: @Mr.Mani Raj Paul: That's great. Yes, it is troublesome since we are too behind. We can still try and do it in a day or two. Any ideas on how do we split the work? Shanze1 (talk) 16:17, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Shanze1: @Mr.Mani Raj Paul: Best way to update daily data is to look Page history at the end of each day of our state wise template table and from there through difference in data of a state, write the no. of cases in the table. For references we can reuse refrences in timeline so we have to keep this table in main article and not a template. For splitting i think finding references, and cases on each day are only thing to distribute, have to see accordingly what work one can do. - Mayankj429 (talk) 16:23, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, that's a good idea. I think references won't cause problem even if the table is in a template. We'll think of that later. Let me start off then, I'll add the data of first few days. Then I'll let you guys know and you take over so that our edits don't clash. Or we can each do different date ranges in our own sandboxes and merge them together later. What do you say? Shanze1 (talk) 16:32, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mayankj429: @Shanze1:, yes will work on shanze1 table (Mr.Mani Raj Paul (talk) 16:31, 18 March 2020 (UTC))[reply]
@Mayankj429:@Mr.Mani Raj Paul:. Alrigt I won't start with it now since Mr.Mani Raj Paul have some done already. You can copy the values you have to the new format. You decide whether you work on my sandbox page or you copy it to yours and work on it. let me know later. Shanze1 (talk) 16:39, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Shanze1: : Do you know the old table used between 3 march to 8 march which have changed now? As Data for 3 march to 8 march will be on it. - Mayankj429 (talk) 16:39, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Mayankj429: Was there a table before that? I don't think we used a table other than the one on Template:2019–20 coronavirus pandemic data/India medical cases. It was created on 8 march. So retriving data before that should be from only the timeline.
@Shanze1: Yes there was a table before that as much i know but on main article and not as template. - Mayankj429 (talk) 16:45, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mayankj429: I scanned through main article history as well, cant find any table. We can make do even without one I'm sure. Shanze1 (talk) 16:53, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mayankj429: @Shanze1: we should gather the data from 1 March , just forget about February month. Wait for 1-2 days for it (Mr.Mani Raj Paul (talk) 16:48, 18 March 2020 (UTC))[reply]
@Mr.Mani Raj Paul: I know about feb. Already, kerela on 30 Jan, 2 feb, 3 feb each reported 1 case and i have updated that in @Shanze1:'s sandbox.Working to find March data now. - Mayankj429 (talk) 16:52, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mayankj429:@Mr.Mani Raj Paul: Great. I will work from 8 march, with the page history of template here. Thanks @Mayankj429: for taking on the harder work :) Shanze1 (talk) 17:06, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Mayankj429: @Shanze1:, I will join work on shanze 's table tomorrow. (Mr.Mani Raj Paul (talk) 17:09, 18 March 2020 (UTC))[reply]
@Mr.Mani Raj Paul: Sure. I'll carry on tomorrow as well. @Mayankj429:, if you continue, don't go on beyond march 8. I started on that separately. I'm already facing a lot of issues with tallying the numbers (the main timeline helps a lot). Shanze1 (talk) 17:28, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hey. Don't edit the table in my sandbox. Our table has already been moved to the template where we made few more corrections. So please move your edits there too. Thanks. Shanze1 (talk) 08:46, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

2021 ipl

Hey. Can you create the 2021 article? There are many sources saying the auction of the next tournament wont take place. Also a tentative time has been given. It is sufficient enough to create an article. I am making you the lead co ordinator of the IPL project since User:ImSonyR9 is permanently banned. Thanks. Human (talk) 17:40, 10 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Mr.Mani Raj Paul: I see you already did it. Can you find someone else who can be a coordinator in the project? Human (talk) 17:55, 10 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@A Simple Human:Yes, some sources said IPL 2021 will not take place. I think it is better to mention this thing in Team Articles like

Chennai Super Kings in 2021
Mumbai Indians in 2021
...etc

Instead of creating new article , we should mention Auction News in Team Articles & We will make these changes after November 2020. What's you thoughts? Mr.Mani Raj Paul - talk 02:19, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Mr.Mani Raj Paul: The article is needed. They already said it might be held in February and March. Now that we have enough info why not create an article. February-March isnt too far away. Human (talk) 02:52, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@A Simple Human:But I'm worried to WP:CRYSTAL to pass the Article. 2021 Indian Premier League Article is already created. (Mr.Mani Raj Paul - talk 05:16, 11 August 2020 (UTC))[reply]
@Mr.Mani Raj Paul: It has enough information to pass WP:CRYSTAL. This guideline mostly applies to tournaments to be held further in future. It doesnt matter with a difference of few months. The article is redirected. You need to remove the redirect tag. Human (talk) 10:14, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I tag to @Lugnuts:, who has redirected the article 2021 Indian Premier League, & i want to know what he thoughts on this matter. Many sources saying the auction of the next tournament wont take place, should we mention this thing in 2021 Indian Premier League ?Mr.Mani Raj Paul - talk 10:52, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I redirected it because the main article was just a blank shell, with no sources. Happy for that to revert back to an article, providing it has a bit more sourced content. Thanks. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 10:54, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
