Penchal was born in 13th March 1990 in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh in India He is the son of Srinivasula Reddy and Lakshmi.He has no siblings.At the Age of 19, He got selected for State level Cricket team but his father didn't let him play Cricket.He was also an athlete who use to take 10Km run every day.He got so many medals.

During his school days, he use to study only on Maths, Science and History.He never use to study remaining subjects.During exams, he use to prepare copy chits and copy from his own copy chits.He don't have a habit of copying from other's exam booklets.He has a habit of copying in exams from his childhood.During College days, Penchal was good at Electronics, Programming, Hacking and Maths.At the age of 20, He designed his own scientific calculator.He always use to carry screwdriver kit with him and use to open every Electronic Devices which ever he finds on his way.He made his room as an Electronic laboratory.If Penchal fails then he use to try again, and again, and again, but never use to give up.
Penchal never use to care what people think about him because he realized that most of the people won't think.He use to spend much of his time with failures rather than success people.Penchal always use to say "''If you are Failure then be my friend and give me suggestions to set my next target...If you are successful then you can be my Enemy''".He moves confidently in the direction of his dreams.He plans in his dreams and executes after he wakes up.

During College days, Penchal is a mischievous guy but studious.During his Intermediate, Most of the time he use to be at Principal Cabin only with Complaints.He never use to attend classes and always busy with girl friends.After he left Cricket Life,Penchal has only few boys as best friends and remaining all girl friends.His College Principal always use to Complain to his Parents about his misbehaviour with lecturers.

Penchal always interested to study on new things.He never waste time on the things which already invented.From his college days,Penchal has a habit of keeping target and reaching target successfully.He announces his target publicly before he starts.Penchal use to watch every movie first day and first show(Fans show).He never use to carry books to College always use to keep books in his girl friends bag.He never use to listen lecture.

Penchal use to earn 20,000 to 30,000 INR from his 3rd year of Engineering itself.He use to repair laptops/Computers, Mobiles, Iphones, Ipods, Ipads etc.He started learning hacking by hacking his own girl friends Mobile phones,Laptops/ Computers, Facebook, Gmail, Yahoo & Twitter accounts etc.Penchal only use to recover those after hacking.He use to teach Computer programming languges & Hacking Courses in training institutes.He use to sell Electronic & Software Projects for Engineering Students.He started doing IT projects for companies from his college days itself.Almost no one use to notice Penchal hardwork, Almost no one notice use Penchal achievements, Almost no one use to notice Penchal time management, But almost everyone notice Penchal mistakes.If people try to pull penchal down. penchal use to think proud about it, because it only confirms that penchal is above them.

As a Young Entrepreneur, Penchal wanted to start his own Company so he didn't apply for any Campus Placements.Penchal entered in to Bangalore City with just 5000 INR and started Pen Consultancy.In the very 1st month Pen Consultancy earned 1,00,000 INR.He donated 50,000 INR to Mother Teresa Charitable Trust.Pen Consultancy placed many candidates in few MNC Companies.Penchal wants to start a Software Company but there is no Enough money in hand to take a step.He consultated all the banks but they didn't even respond for his loan request.Some banks didn't give permission to create bank account also.
Penchal use to attend every company interview and clears 1st 2rounds and gets HR contacts for Pen Consultancy.He is not interested to join as a Employee in any Company but he wants to start his company so use to attend every company interview just to get HR Contacts.Finally by the end of 2012, Penchal contacted almost many companies in India.He use to give walk-in and Interview updates to job seekers just for 100 INR and places them in IT Companies.
Pen Consultancy gave lot of Profit but penchal have so many IT Projects in hand so he wants to start Software Company with Pen Groups name.He wants to spread his brand name all over the world so he started Conducting Campuses to grow his brand with 500 Employees.Finally by the end of september 2012,Pen Groups name spread all over the India and Penchal got 1500 Employees in hand but he was a need of 500 Employees only so he filtered 452 Employees from 1500 —"''The one who knows how to Increase Manpower should know how to reduce also''"

He aggressively broadened the company's range of products, and wherever Pen Groups achieved a dominant position he vigorously defended it. From the beginning, Penchal use to show much interest on Charity works.Every month he use to donate 50,000 INR to charitable Trusts.He donated money forintensive care treatment for low-weight babies, he sponsored for chemotherapy for a very poor person suffering from cancer, he did financial assistance to undergo cardiac(Heart) surgery for many people.Every weekend he spends some time with the HIV/AIDS infected/orphan children,old people(children leftout) and motivates them.If he finds child labour,child beggers then he will stop them doing labour working & begging, motivate them with his word power and joining them in schools.
He started Pen Charitable Trust on 15th Dec 2013 and donated 1 Crore INR — 1st Donation to Pen Charitable Trust.He started collecting donations for the Pen Charitable Trust.He is operating Pen Charitable Trust with 5 Volunteers.Still Pen Charitable Trust building is not yet started.

Coming to his personal life, Penchal is still single.Recently, one of his girl friend got married with some one.He always keeps him self busy with work.He works 20 hours perday and takes only 4hours rest.Comming to his food habits, He has no particular timings for lunch and dinner.Some times he does both day as well as night shifts without rest.There are so many complaints on penchal from hotel servents saying that Penchal didn't touch the ordered food.
Penchal has his own private Aircraft & Mercedes Benz SLK-Class.Penchal never waste time for parties and girl friends.He didn't even celebrate his 22nd and 23rd birthday.He is a food lover and loves travelling lot.While operating branches in India, he use to have breakfast in Bangalore,Lunch in Pune and dinner at Chennai.He loves playing with small children.Recently, he transferred all his property to Singapore and London.His mother got angry and stopped taking with him because he is not spending much time for her.Recently he got his 100th credit card.
