Buffy the Vampire Slayer as featured article

I worked on building the 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' into a featured article at Wikipedia:Featured articles, and after it's featured status was accepted, I nominated the article so that it appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page on March 10, 2007 (ten years after the first episode originally aired).

I retired from from my Buffyverse editing in 2007 and in May 2008, the article lost it's featured status.

Articles created

I chose to specialise on Buffyverse topics and created (and maintained) a large number of articles relating to this topic. Articles I had originally created and significantly contributed to, are found in a chart below. I started work in 2005 and retired from the work on these in 2007, creating hundreds of articles and making over 10,000 edits in the process.

	Canonical issues in the Buffyverse
	(Article ver. before others edited). Relating to the canonical issues of the Buffyverse. Tries to explain what is officially accepted continuity?

	Buffyverse Chronology (+ parts 2 & 3)
	The article was originally a simple list see article before any others had edited. This was worked upon and Lawrence King was a major help in correctly ordereing the materials. In April I ordered the article into a chart system with image-links, and mini summaries. The article was so big I split it into three parts. A list of all the Buffyverse stories ordered by chronology.

	Index of Buffyverse Topics
	(Article ver. before others edited). I indexed all the wiki-Buffyverse articles.

	Complete tracklist of songs from Buffy/Angel
	(currently removed from wiki for notability). I used sources from the internet, and the episodes themselves to complile a comprehensive list of songs in Buffy and Angel episodes. Also created Live Fast, Die Never & Döf (who unknowingly introduced the Buffy theme 14 years early)

	Use of Music in Buffy & Angel
	(Article ver. before others edited). A guide to how music is used in the shows.

	Undeveloped Buffyverse productions
	(Article ver. before others edited). About productions from the Buffyverse that never were actually produced. Also created the articles: Buffy the Animated Series (article before others edited), Spike movie (article ver. before others edited), and Corrupt (abandoned Angel script) (article ver. before others edited).

	Rare promos
	There are various little-known additions to the Buffyverse such as these: Created articles: Buffyverse rare promos (article ver. before others edited), BS6 UPN promos, History of the Slayer.
	*Unaired Buffy* pilot/Unaired Angel pilot**
	There are various little-known additions to the Buffyverse such as these: Unaired Buffy pilot (article ver. before others edited), Unaired Angel pilot (article ver. before others edited)

	Buffyverse (Fan made productions)
	(Article ver. before others edited). Article about fan-produced materials focusing on the most notable (fan films and virtual seasons). Created articles in association with this artilce for the specific fan films: Cherub, Consanguinity, Fluffy the English Vampire Slayer, Forgotten Memories, and Vangelis

	Buffy/Angel Magazines and Guidebooks
	(Article ver. before others edited). A list of the UK magazines, with summaries about the main features and interviews in each issue. The Guidebooks gives a brief summary of the main guides (see article before any others had edited).

	Buffy DVDs/Angel DVDs
	([ Article ver. before others edited]).

	Buffy studies
	(I didn't create this article but made major edits: Changing this version, to an improved version.)
