Early life

He graduated from Adana highschool. Between 1932 and 1937 he studied Electrical Engineering in the Istanbul Technical University (ITU). By the scholarship of Turkish PTT, he obtained MS in Ecola Nationale Supereieur des Telecommunications in Paris, France.[1]
