Every district expect the 6th district was re-numbered in the court drawn map. Shuster's 9th district became the 13th district. John Joyce won election to the re-drawn district when Shuster chose to retire. The 9th district now represented by Dan Meuser had previously been by the 11th, represented by Lou Barletta.
