Borrowed from Samoan Sāmoa. Sa is sacred, forbidden, not allowed. Sa also mean pertaining to or 'of the'; for example Sa Malietoa is of the family or lineage of Malietoa. Moa is center or middle, the most inner and deepest part of anything or heart. It is also a word for chicken.
