Disambiguation link notification for March 10
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
- Halfway Human (album)
- added a link pointing to The Devil Wears Prada
- Invade (Within the Ruins album)
- added a link pointing to Carnifex
- Omen (Within the Ruins EP)
- added a link pointing to Fight Fire With Fire (song)

Speedy deletion nomination of Relentless Mutation
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Relentless Mutation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article does not exist or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Orphaned non-free image File:Archspire Relentless Mutation Album Artwork.jpg
editThanks for uploading File:Archspire Relentless Mutation Album Artwork.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 (talk) 11:44, 10 July 2017 (UTC)
The article Ultu Ulla has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
non notable album with no tertiary refereneces
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jax 0677 (talk) 18:16, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
- Hi, @ [[User:Jax 0677], I'm adding to the page right now! I just wanted to publish it before adding all my legit references so that I could get the album artwork up. Gimme a few minutes! EmperorQuingus (talk) 18:22, 27 July 2017 (UTC)
Studio/Venue
editDo not include both the venue and studio parameters in an album infobox unless it's a live album that includes both live/studio recordings. Studio is an all-encompassing term for the recording studio; no need to separate them by what instrument was recorded where. It all goes in Studio. Thanks.

Deletion discussion about Vale of Pnath (band)
editHello, EmperorQuingus,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Vale of Pnath (band) should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vale of Pnath (band) .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
Thanks,

editNon-free rationale for File:Revelations of Oblivion.jpeg
editThanks for uploading or contributing to File:Revelations of Oblivion.jpeg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — JJMC89 (T·C) 04:50, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
Thank you for dealing with this. I uploaded the image from mobile and I noticed after I uploaded it that I seemed to have missed a section based on the comparison of my upload to other, similar, uploads. My apologies for the mistake. I believe I’ve uploaded other artworks correctly in the past. EmperorQuingus (talk) 01:06, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for February 22
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Revelations of Oblivion, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Possessed (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

editWelcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Matt Turner (soccer), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. SounderBruce 21:39, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
- Hi SounderBruce, congratulations on the CCL win. Apologies for deviating from encyclopedic norms. I'm genuinely confused as to what mistake I made, though? EmperorQuingus (talk) 21:43, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
- A few things: Section headers should be written in sentence case (2018 season instead of 2018 Season), days of the week should not be used unless absolutely necessary, and club names should not be truncated in American English (the FC/SC should always be included if they are part of the official and most commonly-used version of the name). Also, it's generally considered best to fill out citations completely by not leaving out publisher or newspaper names. SounderBruce 21:46, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
- I appreciate the information. And again my apologies - I was just mirroring what I'd seen elsewhere. I just took a look at your edits of the page to get a better sense of what to do next time. EmperorQuingus (talk) 21:48, 8 July 2022 (UTC)
