1934 Bolivian coup d'état was nominated as a Warfare good article, but it did not meet the good article criteria at the time (January 23, 2022). There are suggestions on the review page for improving the article. If you can improve it, please do; it may then be renominated. |

- @Krisgabwoosh: I will begin this review shortly.--Catlemur (talk) 18:26, 6 January 2022 (UTC)
- Add a reference to Note a.
- The coup happened within the context of the Chaco War. I think the article would benefit greatly from a paragraph about said war so that the information could be better contextualized.
- "Salamanca's questionable military decisions" - Can you provide some examples?
- You need to add a United States public domain tag for all the images in the article.
- "The authors of the coup" - Reword this.
- Quotes that are longer than forty words or a few hundred characters should be enclosed in "blockquote" per MOS:BLOCKQUOTE.
- Remove the second wikilink for La Razón.
- How did the coup affect the course of the war?
- What was the reaction of neighbouring nations to the coup?
- Footnotes 10 should be pp. 75–76 instead of p. 75–76.
- Remove the Refbegin and Refend indentation from Bibliography.
- The titles of all sources that are written in a language other than English need to be translated (including footnotes 22 and 23).
- Mention that Jayucubas: comentarios y cronicas de la Guerra del Chaco is written in Spanish like you do in the rest of the Bibliography.--Catlemur (talk) 10:44, 8 January 2022 (UTC)
- I guess you could have at least told me that you are not interest in continuing with the review. Oh well.--Catlemur (talk) 09:28, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
- Oh gosh, apologies. For some reason I was not notified of the original review. I'd be happy to make the necessary changes if you'd be willing to reopen the nomination. Krisgabwoosh (talk) 09:50, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Krisgabwoosh: You got a talkpage notification about the review and I pinged you after you failed to respond a week later. Go ahead and adress the issues I highlighted. You can renominate the article if you need to.--Catlemur (talk) 17:39, 23 January 2022 (UTC)
