English: View of Saint Nicholas' Church and Klein Turkije, Korenmarkt, Ghent, Belgium. This image shows the state of the church before the houses alongside the church were demolished. In the background: the belfry with the cast iron campanile which replaced the medieval wooden spire in 1851 (and which was itself replaced by a stone bell tower in 1913).
Nederlands: Korenmarkt, Gent (België). Zicht van Sint-Niklaaskerk en Klein Turkije. 1 photomechanische afdruk : fotochromie. "St. Nicolas Church, Ghent, Belgium". Op deze afbeelding is de kerk te zien vóór de huisjes ervoor en ernaast afgebroken werden. In de achtergrond: het belfort met de gietijzeren spits die er in 1851 op gezet was ter vervanging van de middeleeuwse houten spits, en die zelf vervangen werd door een stenen klokkenhuis in 1913.
