John Simcock (1630 – March 27, 1703)[1][2] was a speaker of the Pennsylvania Provincial Assembly from 1696 to 1697, and justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, assuming office on January 20, 1686.[3] He was chief justice in 1690.

During his service in the first session of the Colonial Assembly, Simcock was appointed to the Committee of Foresight, which developed bills which would come before the Assembly. On October 26, 1696, Simcock was elected the 11th Speaker of the Assembly.[1]
