I SURE HOPE YOU LIKE CATS!!
Hello Doctree, This is crazy, because I joined Wikipedia in 2013, and, for some odd reason, I missed your courteous and friendly message!! So now, I'd like to thank you for it (May 2017). I read your page and you certainly have great creds on board. I would still like to contribute to Wikipedia and be a part of this bright and creative group, if I can. My skillset is somewhat diversified; I was a Professor of Nursing at several Colleges and Universities in Canada (paediatrics, cardiology, mental health, infectious diseases, etc.) My husband and I have a small cat rescue and are also fledgling ornithologists (an area where we'll be learning a great deal from others on Wikipedia). I'm quite familiar with. The Young Offenders' Act laws and the Tenant/Landlord Act of Ontario. I have good skills in Grammar, Composition, Precis and some Editing. Being a Canadian (a Crazy Canuck) qualifies me as an amateur expert on knowledge of my country's customs, mores, quirks, (s)languages, societal make-up etc. Don't know if I can assist in any way but I'm willing to try. Amite! :)

Long time no chat :-)
Just wanted to message you and say "Hi". It's been a long time since we spoken; wanted to see how things have been with you and say that we miss you at ACC :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 07:04, 22 July 2017 (UTC)
Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:The Children's Museum (Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania), a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.
If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.
You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.
If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.
Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:42, 30 July 2017 (UTC)
Long time no chat!
Hey Doctree! We haven't spoken in awhile... just wanted to leave you a message, say hi, and say that I was thinking about you (in a non-creepy way of course :-P). I hope you're doing well and that we speak again soon :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 10:05, 17 August 2017 (UTC)

WikiProject X Newsletter • Issue 13
This month: A general update.
The current status of the project is as follows:
- Progress of the project has been generally delayed since September due to development issues (more bitrot than expected, some of the code just being genuinely confusing, etc) and personal injury (I suffered a concussion in October and was out of commission for almost two months as a result).
- I currently expect to be putting out a proper call for CollaborationKit pilots in January/February, with estimated deployment in February/March if things don't go horribly wrong (they will, though, don't worry). As a part of that, I will properly update the page and send out announcement and reach out to all projects already signed up as pilots for WikiProject X in general, at which point those (still) interested can volunteer specifically to test the CollaborationKit extension.
- Wikipedia:WikiProject X/Pilots was originally created for the first WikiProject X prototype, and given this is where the project has since gone, it's only logical to continue to use it. While I haven't yet updated the page to properly reflect this:
- If you want to add your project to this page now, feel free. Just bear in mind that more information what to actually expect will be added later/included in the announcement, because by then I will have a much better idea myself.
- Until then, you can find me in my corner working on making the CollaborationKit code do what we want and not just what we told it, per the workboard.
Until next time,

Please participate to the talk pages consultation
Hello
Our team at the Wikimedia Foundation is working on a project to improve the ease-of-use and productivity of wiki talk pages. As a Teahouse host, I can imagine you’ve run into challenges explaining talk pages to first-time participants.
We want all contributors to be able to talk to each other on the wikis – to ask questions, to resolve differences, to organize projects and to make decisions. Communication is essential for the depth and quality of our content, and the health of our communities. We're currently leading a global consultation on how to improve talk pages, and we're looking for people that can report on their experiences using (or helping other people to use) wiki talk pages. We'd like to invite you to participate in the consultation, and invite new users to join too.
We thank you in advance for your participation and your help.

Hi. I came across User:Doctree/sandbox/Jonathan E. Grindlay while looking at at stale userspace drafts. FYI, I've cleaned it up and submitted it for review, as it appears to cover a notable topic wikipeida has no article about. - GretLomborg (talk) 20:30, 5 June 2019 (UTC)
