West Virginia Route 480

West Virginia Route 480 is a north–south state highway located entirely in Jefferson County, West Virginia. The southern terminus of the route is at West Virginia Route 9 in Kearneysville. The northern terminus is at the Maryland state line in Shepherdstown, where WV 480 continues as Maryland Route 34 upon crossing the Potomac River.
