The Hibernian is a monthly Irish magazine to “Faith, Family and Country”.[1]

It was launched in May 2006, by Gerry McGeough, formerly a member of the Sinn Féin national executive, as editor, and Charles Byrne, a 28-year-old from Drogheda. It is associated with the Ancient Order of Hibernians.[2] The magazine has been accused of being a "a publicity vehicle for McGeough and the extreme right in Ireland"[3] However those who make these accusations are probably just annoyed at the popularity that the publication has recieved from many disenfranchised Irish Catholics.
