Bangladesh Tahir Zaman Priyo was a Bangladeshi freelance journalist and videographer. He was associated with the online news portal www.TheReport24.com as a video journalist. On July 19, 2024, while gathering news about the quota reform movement on Central Road in Dhaka, he was shot and killed by law enforcement. His murder raised concerns about the safety of journalists in Bangladesh and was condemned internationally. ।[1]

Tahir Jaman Priyo was a freelance journalist and videographer from Bangladesh. He was associated with the online news portal The Report 24 as a video journalist. On July 19, 2024, while gathering news about the quota reform movement on Central Road in Dhaka, he was shot and killed by law enforcement.
