This clause is mostly misused by ruling governments to spy on their political opponents, sometimes indicting them on false criminal charges. The superior and highly special training of the ACIO-II batch used to be in Mount Abu. The training for ACIO-II is done in Madhya Pradesh and New Delhi. The training for ACIO-II is done in Madhya Pradesh and New Delhi. The training details of senior officials is confidential.
For recruitment of Group A officers, mostly it is by deputation from Indian Police Service (IPS) and other Group A Central services after some minimum years of service in parent cadre. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts exams for certain Group A officers in Intelligence Bureau.
Recruitment for personal belonging to Group B, C and D is through competitive exams conducted by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Staff Selection Commission (SSC).

Correct the insignia and rank of security Assistant.it is post of assistant sub inspector of police.and secondly in ib ,rank does not matter...hence it doesn't provide any uniform to its employees.
