The Northern Union attempts to attack a fortified stronghold held by the Southern Confederacy in the Patria civil war. After taking heavy casualties, the North unleashes its secret weapon: a unit of shape-shifting soldiers called Incarnates who transform into mythical beasts and destroy the enemy base. The Incarnates are led by Hank and his two friends, Cain and Elaine. Elaine is the human scientist who created the Incarnates. The Incarnates help North achieve victory after victory but every time they shapeshift into beasts, it becomes a little harder to return to human. Later, after a battle, one Incarnate member discovered that his powers had somehow begun to go out of control, attacking allies and enemies indiscriminately. Although Hank tried to stop it all, the Incarnate member chose to commit suicide rather than let Hank and his comrades be implicated. After the incident, the members of Incarnate began to feel very uneasy and afraid of their fate, and Elaine, Hank, and Kain felt very upset about this incident. They began to worry about whether they could restrain the unknown power of Incarnate, because Incarnate's power is too strong, and sooner or later they will not be able to stop it with just their human will. After Hank thought about it, he told his comrades the next day that they didn't know how that happened, and they didn't know what Incarnate unknown powers they could control and what they couldn't control. with avoidance. Hank asked his comrades in the army to make a vow with him that if their comrades began to lose their humanity, they would stop it by killing their comrades before the situation became serious. The important thing is that they are Incarnates and not beasts, and Elaine, on the other hand, gradually lost confidence in her research and showed a desperate expression. After a long battle, many Incarnates were either killed or killed on the battlefield. Even if they survived on the battlefield, they turned into the form of beasts. When the Incarnates came to the southern capital, Hank tells his comrades that he has decided to convince Elaine to stay with him after the war is over. He hoped that they would all survive this battle and return together safely. That night, Hank and Cain began to talk about how they became friends and how they shouldered the responsibility of being leaders. Cain asked Hank to care about Elaine's current situation, because he knew that Hank was the only one who supported and cared about Elaine. When Hank found Elaine and wanted to talk to her, Elaine told Hank that she also had something to say to him. Elaine explained to Hank that their operation might be coming to an end because the North and the South were negotiating a settlement privately. Hank was very happy about this. He knew that the peace their country longed for was about to come. Just when Hank wanted to report the news to Cain and his comrades, Elaine suddenly uses the special "God-Killer bullet" against incarnations to shoot Hank. Elaine told Hank that even if all Incarnates are about to end the war, they will have to face the cruel fate of having nowhere to go and turning into beasts. Although she tried to find a way to stop Incarnates from losing control, it was in vain, and she has not developed or found a method or antidote that can restore all Incarnates to a human body. The only thing she can do is to kill the other members of the team before they turn into beasts. Elaine knows that Hank's character will definitely prevent her behavior, but she is unwilling to watch and accept the fate that one day Hank will suddenly turn into a beast and cannot return to a human. She decides to give up her love for Hank and didn't let him become a beast. Elaine kills Hank and decides to commit suicide to follow him. She gives Cain the responsibility of his Blade comrades, but Cain shoots Elaine while Hank falls into a coma. Two months later, Hank wakes up from a coma on Federation territory, where a Northern intelligence agent named Lisa tells him about how the war ended two months later, with Cain and the surviving Incarnates scattered across the continent in beast form. It caused serious damage, and Elaine disappeared after the war and her whereabouts are unknown. Hank remembered the scene where he witnessed Cain shoot Elaine when he was in a coma; he was filled with grief and indignation. Hank decided to find and start a crusade against Cain, so he embarked on a journey as a beast hunter in order to fulfill the oath he made to his comrades two months ago to destroy the Incarnates who lost their humanity.

In addition, many domestic animals in the village were attacked by unknown animals and were torn to pieces. Schaal refuses to believe her father is behind the attack because no one has seen him attack livestock. Although the villagers believed that Will would never do such a thing, they still had to restrain Will to ensure that it did not happen. But the orphans finally separated from Schaal at the advice of the villagers and went to other orphanages to ensure their safety. After Schaal was sadly separated from the orphans, she decided to leave her hometown with her father and live in seclusion. That night, Schaal found her father Will lying on the ground dying for some unknown reason. What surprised her even more was a man in a white robe. The man stood next to her father Will, shot him and then left and made Schaal was devastated by this. Shortly after burying her father, Schaal decided that since her father died before she could learn anything, she must find the reasons and answers to all this. Then Danny began to transform into an avatar and attack Schaal, but was stoped by Hank. Hank severely injured Danny when he avoided attacking many townspeople. Hank was saddened by Danny's loss of humanity and killed him. Before Danny dies, he asks Hank whether they should die honorably like gods on the battlefield. As Hank leaves , Schaal asks him why he killed her father and more of his comrades, even though the war is over and they should be alive, Hank tells Schaal about their previous vows as Incarnates, but they didn't end the war. 15 July 2019 (2019-07-15)
Schaal, who was following Hank, recalled the scene where her father was killed. As she was walking with Hank, a coachman pulling a carriage asked if they wanted to take a carriage. Schaal and Hank agreed, The carriage drove on and the driver explained to them. Recently, an Incarnate has built a massive labyrinthine fortress appeared in a town called Roguehill, so Hank and Schaal decided to go to Roguehill to find out. When Hank and Schaal arrived at Roguehill, they found a huge fortress. At this time, Lisa, the military intelligence officer who assisted Hank, was waiting for Hank's arrival. She introduced Schaal and asked if she was lost. Schaal deny this immediately. After Lisa waited for Hank's answer, she asked Hank about dealing with the fortress. Lisa explains to Hank and Schaal at the hotel that the fortress was built by an Incarnate Minotaur. According to the army's intelligence, Minotaur began to build a fortress after returning from the war. Even though the Minotaur built the fortress, it almost tore the city apart, so they had to stop the Minotaur before the situation got difficult. Schaal thought they could convince the Minotaur to stop him from building the fortress in other ways. At this time, the Minotaur steps onto a balcony and declares to the city the time for war is nigh, unable to accept the war is over. Hank decides that he will go find the Minotaur tonight, and Lisa takes Schaal to the tent refugee camp and explains that because the Minotaur built the fortress, the people nearby became refugees.Lisa then grabs a box full of bullets, which Hank asked her to prepare. Lisa told Schaal that although the Avatars were once the ones that ended the war, now they have turned into beasts and caused problems that need to be dealt with urgently. Since there is currently no plan or antidote to turn the Avatars back into humans, they can only be hit with weapons. , Lisa explained that the avatar cannot be shot with ordinary bullets, so it must be done with Godkiller bullets. Lisa explained that these bullets they made are imitations and cannot be compared with the real ones, but have enough lethality to kill incarnates. Lisa said she wanted to understand how Hank felt when he used these bullets to kill incarnates. Because the only person who can understand the incarnate is the incarnate. That night, Schaal was thinking about Hank in the shower. At this time, Hank woke up from dreaming about his past while sleeping and find Sal had not yet tied her pigtails. Schaal discovered that Hank seemed to have said something but she didn't want to continue questioning him. After finding the Godkiller bullets Lisa gave him, Hank loaded these bullets into his pistol and took Schaal into the fortress. When Schaal followed Hank, he was surprised when he saw that many people who broke into the fortress were killed in traps, and once touched the mechanism, so Hank had to help her escape from the mechanism. Schaal asked Hank what kind of people the Minotaur was. At that time, Hank knew how the incarnation of the Minotaur Theo was afraid of everything, including the fear of death. At that time on the battlefield, Hank comforted Theo that he was also afraid of the battlefield, but as long as they were prepared to fight, they did not have to be afraid of everything. As Hank walks through the passage, the portcullis falls between them, Hank tells Schaal that she must find a mechanism to open the portcullis if she is to continue forward.Lisa, who was following closely behind, appeared at this time. Lisa knew that Hank asked her to take Schaal away because Schaal would be in danger if she continued to follow Hank. However, Schaal did not agree because she had to know Hank's reason for killing her father. Later, Lisa helped Schaal find the mechanism of the portcullis and open it. At the same time, Hank arrived at the center of the maze and found Theo. Theo, who became extremely paranoid, welcomed Hank's arrival and said that "enemies" were everywhere, seemingly looking for opportunities to kill him. Hank picked up his weapon and tell Theo that he is his "enemy". Theo decided that Hank was his "enemy" and started a fight with him. Lisa and Schaal, who were following Hank, sensed the movement and rushed to the scene. Schaal asked Lisa whether Hank was an incarnate, because she found that Hank looked no different from ordinary humans. When Lisa and Schaal arrived at the scene, they find Hank falling due to Theo's attack. When Theo picked up an ax to attack Hank. Schaal begged Theo to stop attacking, but Lisa explained to Schaal that her attempt was in vain because Theo had lost his mind, but in Hank's condition, he would not be easily defeated, Hank began to change soon after catching Theo's axe. Lisa explained that Hank was one of the few who exerted his true incarnate power at night, and Hank's incarnate was called the God of War Werewolf, and became the Werewolf. Hank transform into a werewolf injured Theo's cheek. Theo started the mechanism in fear and told him that no matter how big a fortress he built, he could not get rid of his fear. He asked Hank whether he had to be more prepared to end his fear. Hank tells Theo that he will help him end it, so Hank knocks Theo to the ground with his claws.Afterwards, Theo, who fell to the ground, felt a little relieved that Hank had helped him gain relief and redemption. Hank told Theo that he could rest, so he shot the dead Theo with a godkiller bullet. When Schaal looked at Hank's sad expression, she gradually felt his mood and feelings. Schaal remember that when Hank shot her father, her father showed reassuring eyes. she also discovered that many incarnateshad been killed by Hank, they all did not blame him, but expressed their sad last words. Schaal really wanted to know whether her father was really complaining about Hank, and she also wanted to know what her father said to Hank before he died to ask him to protect her.In the Union's capital, Captain Claude, leader of the Incarnate Extermination Squad "Coup de Grace" who had just dealt a fatal blow to an unknown Incarnate of an incarnation, and his troops were cheered by the people in the streets, while the Union's president watches. Gerald, the deputy leader of "Coup de Grace" told Claude that he should not face the people with a serious expression. Claude explained that he would not smile until they had hunted all the Incarnates. It seems that there is some reason why Claude prioritized the mission of hunting all the Incarnates. On the other hand, Cain and a white-haired child, who disappeared for a long time during the war and are the people Hank is looking for, look at photos of Hank and Schaal who are following him. Cain was sarcastic that Hank was still receiving Destiny's attention, and he looked forward to seeing Hank and Schaal arrive.

Transliteration: "Behimosu no Mōshin" (Japanese: 巨獣の猛進)
22 July 2019 (2019-07-22)
During the war, a young man was drawing pictures not far from the military camp. At this time, Hank handed a glass of water to the young man. Time came to modern times, and a frontier soldier discovered that the Incarnate of Behemoth was moving among the woods.Schaal and Hank took the train to South Patria. They approached a huge iron bridge connecting the north and the south. The driver told Schaal that the huge iron bridge was a symbol of peace at the end of the war. At this time, Lisa and the military ordered the conductor to stop the train. She told Hank that the military had received the incarnation of the Incarnate of Behemoth nearby and was heading east to the iron bridge. If the Behemoth reaches the iron bridge, it may destroy it. Hank told the military many of Behemoth's abilities. He told the military how to temporarily subdue Behemoth. The military formulated Hank's plan to stop Behemoth. They initially used cannons to attack Behemoth. Moss attacks to no avail, but Hank manages to subdue Behemoth by stabbing him in the leg joint with his weapon. Lisa tells Schaal that she has received a recent report from the military stating that Behemoth was unharmed. The behavior of any human being, as he has been avoiding densely populated areas, it is possible that Behemoth has retained his humanity. The next day, Schaal visited Behemoth and asked why it continued to move forward without turning back but received no answer. At this time, Lisa and Hank negotiated with the president of the railroad. At first, the president's request to kill Behemoth was rejected. , Lisa explains their plan to fill the valley in front of the beast with explosives to protect the Iron Bridge so they can deal with Behemoth's problem, but the railroad president is dissatisfied and angrily leaves. After Hank ordered the military to set up explosives next to the valley, Schaal asked Hank about the past of Behemoth. Hank explained that Behemoth was a man named Artie who was good at drawing. A taciturn young man, Schaal told Hank that she discovered that the reason why Behemoth headed towards the iron bridge was because there was something it wanted to see, but Hank said that he could not save Behemoth. After all, they just to kill Behemoth came to protect everyone's safety, and as Incarnates they cannot destroy the current peace, but Schaal disagreed with Hank's statement because she found that Behemoth tried to live peacefully in this era and also maintained human nature. In the afternoon, after Lisa confirmed the explosives brought by the army, she found that Schaal was worried about Behemoth. Lisa told Schaal that even if she tried to save Behemoth, it would be in vain, because even if Behemoth did not attack the iron The danger brought by the bridge will have to be punished sooner or later, and they cannot ignore the danger of Behemoth, they can only choose the path that brings a painless end to Behemoth. That night, the men sent by the president of the railway knocked out the military guards and tried to blow up Behemoth. Who knew that Behemoth was so angry that he trampled them and approached the bridge. Hank ordered the army to kill Behemoth, When he after confirming the placement of the explosives and the location of the remaining explosives, he immediately transformed into a werewolf to block Behemoth and pushed it down to a part of the cliff full of explosives. The military tried to use the explosives to detonate the explosives in the debris. Bury the beast, the force of the explosion had no way to retreat and became even more powerful, tearing open the chest of Behemoth . Behemoth continued to move forward even though his internal organs were about to fall out. Schaal stood on the bridge and begged Behemoth not to hurt others if he still had humanity left. Hank on the ground begged Artie not to destroy the future they had created. At this time, the explosion near the bridge blew up the canyon wall, and the giant beast saw what it wanted to see - the seaside opposite and an endless sea. Behemoth collapsed with tears streaming from his eyes. Only then did Hank understand Behemoth's intention and showed sad eyes. After the incident, Hank told Schaal that he remembered Artie once telling him about his wish to see the sea. At that time, Hank told Artie that he could go see the sea after the war. Schaal then understood that the reason why Hank asked the military to set up explosives next to the valley was to prevent Behemoth from having to walk across the iron bridge to view the sea. Hank said that even so, it still could not change the fact that he killed Artie. , but Schaal told Hank that thanks to his help, Artie could realize his wish in the end. Hank felt a little comfort when he heard Schaal's statement, and they decided not to let down Artie's wish and the peace they had fought for in the past. When Hank and Schaal return to camp, Lisa tells Hank that she received a report from the army that a man with the characteristics of the man he was looking for was found in Whitechurch. This sentence made Hank very sensitive. Under Schaal's questioning, Hank revealed that he was looking for a man named Cain Madhouse. He was not only Hank's old enemy, the deputy leader of the original incarnation force, but more importantly, He is the one who releases all the Incarnates of the beast into the world. In Whitechurch, the person Hank is looking for, Cain, and a mysterious girl meet two prostitutes on the street. When Cain gets close and bites one prostitute, causing her to mutate and bites through the other prostitute's neck. Cain felt that the world was very boring, worthless and empty, so he left with the girl by his side.

29 July 2019 (2019-07-29)
Hank, Schaal, and Lisa arrived in Whitechurch, a almost lawless slum city.In order to find traces of Cain, they asked many local residents. However, because Hank and Lisa were military, The residents completely refused to answer and will cooperate their questions, so they got no relevant information. That night, Schaal discovered that Hank's jacket still had a hole in it from the shotgun she shot, so she began patching the hole in the jacket. Schaal said she was good at sewing, explaining that she once mended the clothes of orphans at her father's orphanage. Hank explains that he grew up in an orphanage in a foster care facility where he was unreliable and always in need of care. When Hank noticed that Schaal's eyes were blue, he thought of Elaine. Hank felt comforted and gradually recalled that Elaine had helped him mend his clothes in the past.Hank said that he knew someone with the same blue eyes as Schaal. Schaal knew that the person Hank was talking about was actually Elaine, so she asked Hank about the time when he mentioned Elaine's name while talking in his sleep. Hank told Schaal that because he was dreaming about the scene where Elaine is killed by Cain before.Hank explains to Schaal that Incarnates will one day lose their hearts as humans. At that time, Elaine, as the founder of Incarnates, also understood the serious consequences. She knew that she had to take responsibility for the creation of Incarnates. At first, Hank understood that Elaine wanted to complete her due responsibility, but Cain kills Elaine and releases all the Incarnates. Hank did not know Cain's motives for killing Elaine and his reasons for releasing all the Incarnates,he only know as long as  the Incarnates lost their humanity and rationality ,they will attack human no matter what happen for everything. he can do only thing is to kill all the Incarnates before they begin to degenerate into beasts, so that they can be buried as humans for his last duty as the leader of the Incarnate army. Hank said he also wants to find Elaine who was killed and find answers while killing Cain. Schaal is astonished by the fact that Hank has become a hunter who hunts the beast incarnate and why he embarks on the journey, and she feels sympathy for Hank who has to endure all the pain and everything alone. The next day, Lisa woke up Schaal and took her and Hank to see a woman who was killed and crucified overnight. At this time, Hank discovered that the woman who was crucified was not killed by Cain because He saw the claw marks of a beast on the body of the murdered woman. At this time, Andy, a little boy who witnessed the murder, explained to the police officers and the onlookers that he knew who the murderer was, but was rejected. When Hank understood from Andy's mouth that Topher, the Gargoyle Incarnate, committed the crime, he remembered Topher comforted many members who were about to give up the fight on during the war. He cheered them up with his sense of justice and infinite will that defeated the Federation. Andy's sudden departure made Schaal worry about him. She got Hank's half-agreement to chase Andy, while Lizzie chose to leave to deal with other orders because she received orders from the military. After Schaal found Andy and explained the reason why she followed Hank and the fact and opinion that she thinks the Incarnates are still human were still human beings. At this time, she found that Andy suddenly took an apple from a vendor and asked him what he did. Seeing the scars on his arms, Andy explains to Schaal how he once witnessed a gargoyle kill his mother.Suddenly, Topher appears and interrogates Andy for his crime (theft). Schaal questioned the gargoyle but was unable to shoot him. Fortunately, Hank appeared to stop the gargoyle and saved Schaal and Andy, but he were attacked and injured. After Hank damaged one of the Topher 's wings with a Godkiller bullet, Topher retreated tell Hank that fighting against him would betray justice and make him a sinner, he told Hank that he would wait for his arrival in an abandoned church. That night, Topher was bored by the environment in the white church, when Cain and a girl named Miglieglia approached Topher. Topher told Cain that he would not follow him until he had accomplished justice in the area, as he would only kill all those who committed crimes. Cain knew Topher's personality, so he gave Topher a Godkiller bullet. Before he left, Cain told Topher that they would meet again when he could complete justice. While Hank was dealing with his injuries and soon decided to go find Topher, he asked Schaal that it would be safer to stay in the hotel. Before he left, he asked Schaal that she had better leave the White Church immediately tomorrow morning if he didn't come back. Hank left the hotel and came to the church. When he saw many people hanging above the church and killed by Topher, he immediately rushed to the gargoyle but found that it was just a stone statue. Not long after, he was attacked Topher's attack. Elsewhere, Schaal is distressed by Hank's request that she leave town tomorrow morning. When she discovers her rifle is missing, she realizes that Andy may be going to church. She completely ignores Hank's warning go to the church alone to stop Andy.Hank successfully subdues Topher after transforming into his werewolf form and engaging in a fierce battle with him. However, Topher shot Hank with a Godkiller bullet and suppressed him. Topher interrogated Hank if he knew what they existed as Incarnates and what they had fought for until now. The gargoyle explained that he was unable to accept the end of the war. When he failed to achieve any justice, he tried to tell his comrades to keep fighting, but instead they became suspicious and parted ways, and he returned to his hometown of Whitechurch, where he was feared by all the residents. At this time, Andy came to support Hank with Schaal's rifle, but was knocked to the ground because he failed to shoot Topher. Schaal rushed to help Andy up and questioned the Topher 's motives. Topher told Schaal that her behavior made him When he recalled how he accidentally killed a boy who had committed a theft while trying to talk to him and was treated as a monster, his conflicted heart completely collapsed and he was immersed in the joy of killing the sinner. When Schaal fails to stop Topher, Hank immediately pulls out the bullet lodged in his body and briefly transforms into a werewolf, thrusting his hand into the Topher's chest and executing him. Topher believe he was a righteous until Hank was to shot him. Before Topher died, he told Hank that he knew that Hank's killing of many of their comrades with his own hands was not an act of justice at all.Schaal felt conflicted about the gargoyles' behavior and sadly asked Hank the reason for all this. Before Hank fell to his knees due to injuries, he told Schaal that because their power was too strong, no Incarnates could. Continuing to maintain his humanity, when Schaal wanted to help Hank up but was entangled in spider silk, at this moment Cain appeared in front of Schaal and Hank and said that since they are incarnations, they can achieve what no one can achieve concept, when Cain asks Hank if he ever experienced the thought of being shot by a Godkiller bullet again, Hank realizes that it was Cain who handed Topher a Godkiller bullet. Schaal was surprised by Cain's behavior, but before she could react, she was knocked unconscious by Elizabeth who suddenly appeared behind her. Cain told Hank that he showed up to invite him. Cain told Hank If he comes to the party he is hosting tomorrow night, he will let Schaal go and ensure her safety. Hank fell to the ground before he could retort to Cain. The next morning, Lisa stood with Claude Withers and members of Coup de Grace, overlooking Whitechurch. Claude said that the time has come and said that he could not wait to find and defeat Cain.

At this time, Shar discovered that the incarnation that Claude had ordered to attack was her deceased father, and his appearance had rotted to the point of not being human. The team is confused that Nidhogg has risen from the grave and are unable to even stop him.The next day, Lisa gave Schaal a box of Godkiller bullets and asked her to be mentally prepared. The team struggles to restrain Nidhogg as he returns. However, Nidhogg takes off for the town. Nidhogg arrives in the town before the people evacuate, and Schaal remembers that her father left the town to help everyone, but he lost his humanity and gradually attacked the town. After Schaal understood the reason why Hank killed her father and all the Incarnates in the first place, she decided not to be confused anymore and started to imitate Hank to stop her father with the Godkiller bullet. Nidhogg regained his sanity at the last moment of his life. He reached out to Schaal and said his final goodbyes before passing away peacefully.Although Schaal was devastated and somewhat comforted by the fact that she had been able to extradite her father and say goodbye to him, she knew that when she faced the Incarnates, she began to believe that the only way to execute them was wrong. Shar was determined that she would find other ways to save the Incarnates and to find and save Hank and support him, so she asked Coup de Grace to let her go with them to find Hank because she wanted to do something to help Hank. De allows Schaal to follow them. He tells Schaal that they don't know Hank's whereabouts, but as long as she can follow them, they will definitely find Hank.

Not long after, he woke up because of the scene where he dreamed of the accusations and pleadings of his teammates who were killed by him. When Hank tried to move forward but he was attacked from The Incarnate Garm and his weapons were knocked off. Garm bit Hank and questioned why he didn't cooperate with Cain. Hank was at a disadvantage during the engagement and had to use grenades for cover and escape into the woods. At the same time, Coup de Grace was also looking for Hank's whereabouts in the snowy mountains. Schaal knew that Claude would catch Hank. She had to find Hank and tell Claude what she wanted to say to Hank.On the other hand, Hank hides next to a tree in the woods, enduring the pain, loading Godkiller Bullets into his pistol, and trying to find a way to  without having to rely on him transforming into an Incarnate power for defeat Garm. Garm found Hank in the woods and attacked him. Garm spots Hank in the woods and attacks him. Unexpectedly, Garm blocked the bullet with his hand and knocked Hank to the ground. Hank was attacked from the front and fell unconscious. The sun rises, and since Hank can only use his Incarnate powers at night, Garm decides to leave the woods, telling Hank before leaving that it's best to remember who he really is, as he won't come back to duel him until after sunset. On the same day, when Coup de Grace was also searching in the snowy mountains, Claude was injured and passed out with fever due to being pushed too far. The team stopped in front of an abandoned fortress to treat himWhen Claude awakens later in the afternoon, he asks Schaal about her choice to protect all the Incarnates even though she knew they were dangerous. She states they didn't ask for what happened to them and would have been better if they had humans to support them – like Trice did. Schaal explain to Claude about she wanted to find a answer for the Incarnates and humans to live in peace, and to find a way to return the Incarnates to humanity. At this time, Gerald reported to Claude and Schaal that he had sent a reconnaissance team. He told Claude that they had discovered the whereabouts of Hank and an unknown Incarnate.Claude convened the troops to hold a combat meeting to bring back Hank and defeat another unidentified incarnate. Just as Claude was about to set off with his exhausted body, Lisa said that he needed to rest first, so he had to order Gerald took command of the troops on his behalf. When Schaal received information about Hank's whereabouts, she decided to follow the troops to find Hank.Hank wakes up after nightfall and fights Garm, but is at a disadvantage. Garm caught Hank and asked him how he became so different from his previous behavior. Since they are incarnations rather than beasts, they should regain their will and glory in their era, instead of Obsessed with human identity, but Hank refuted Garm's statement. In his eyes, Garm was just a hound that had lost its will and dignity after being played and tamed by Cain. Garm was angered by this and pierced it with his claws. Hank's chest causes him to transform into his werewolf form in pain.Hank, who was initially mad with pain, suppressed Garm in the fight, and he injured Roy's left eye in a fierce bite, although Hank splattered blood on one of his eyes. In retrospect, The situation when he transformed into the Beast King returned to rationality, but he was restrained by fear and screamed, which attracted the attention of the Coup de Grace troops and Schaal. Hank returned to his human form with his screams, but he was unable to continue fighting due to fear. Garm was furious and dissatisfied that Hank was suddenly unable to continue fighting with him. Garm remembers his early human life as Roy, a infantryman charging an enemy base only to be seriously injured and fall to the ground and become an Incarnate while receiving "medical treatment". He fights alongside Hank against the Confederates, when Garm is proud to remember the trust he placed in Hank and fight alongside him.In the present day, Garm watches Hank fall over the edge of the cliff and flees as Coup de Grace shoots at him. The rest of the squad pursue Garm, who has been wounded by the repeated bullets, as they see him with new night vision goggles. Garm fights back, eliminating half of the squad before reinforcements from the fortress head out, including Liza and a still weak Claude.Hank saw Elaine when he was unconscious. When he woke up, he found Schaal beside him. Hank was surprised by Schaal's appearance, but relieved that she was safe.Schaal told Hank that her father suddenly resurrected and turned into a beast after the Whitechurch incident. At that time, she shot her father with a shotgun as an extradition to him. At that time, she fully understood Hank's feelings when he killed her father. Feeling and understanding that he did this to prevent her father from turning into a beast and causing destruction.Hank was surprised and confused that Schaal would understood his reasons and forgive him. He didn't understand what he did and the reason for living. He told Schaal that he wanted to know if he really saved many of his comrades. He also wants to know whether the comrades he killed sincerely forgive his actions and receive true redemption.Hank told Schaal that Elaine had not found an antidote or method to turn all Incarnates back into humans at the time. Hank discovered that in the incarnate army, whether it was Schaal's father or others or the comrades who stood with him, they were undoubtedly human beings. It was precisely because of this idea that he was able to regard many Incarnates as Humanity comes to bury. At that time, he only remembered that they had to make an oath to keep the heart of humanity. He knew that in order to fulfill this oath, he killed many of the friends who wanted to live. Hank knew that the more he used the power of his Incarnate power, sooner or later he would face the cruel fate of turning into a beast like his friends. He could not imagine the destruction he would do by becoming the King of Beasts. Looking desperate, Hank asked Schaal if she could kill him before it was too late if he suddenly turned into a beast that could no longer control himself and could no longer turn back into a human. What's more, he hoped to die now before he had the sense to remember his friend. But Schaal was overwhelmed by Hank's question and sadly declined his request. Hank apologizes to Schaal for deciding to fight Garm again, asking Schaal to remember their memories as humans and in all their Incarnates if all everything were over.Garm targets Gerald, who is currently commanding, but Gerald knew he would and Garm finds himself surrounded. Gerald will die, but so will Garm, who is pinned in place by wires through his body. Garm is wounded, but not mortally, and he goes to attack Gerald only for Claude to appear and hit him with a grenade launcher, which makes him flee. Claude is unable to stand without Liza's help and berates Gerald for his danger plan. Schaal recalls her experience following Hank on his journey. She finally understood what kind of mentality Hank used to redeem himself and all the incarnations of the beast that his hand blade turned into, and how he felt in the face of fear. Schaal understood that even though she was in despair about Hank asking her to kill him, she still held on to the hope and idea that Hank could survive as a human being. Schaal thought about what she was going to say to Hank and walked out the cave.Meanwhile,Garm limps beside a river, having lost too much blood, and Hank approaches from the other side of the river. Hank deliberately brought Garm close to him with a grenade. Just when he was about to let himself and Garm die together, Schaal suddenly rushed out and shot Garm in the knee with a shotgun. Schaal told Hank that he was human in her eyes, and she made a promise to kill him if he suddenly turned into a beast that couldn't control himself and couldn't turn back into a human again. Schaal asks Hank to continue fulfilling his oath to save the many Incarnates who have lost their human hearts and fight until the end.Schaal's words gave Hank a glimmer of hope and cheered him up again. Hank understood that maybe what he really wanted to hear in his heart was someone's condolences and words of hope that he could survive as a human. Hank immediately dropped the grenade, Garm dodged Schaal 's shot and rushed towards her, Hank transforms into a werewolf again and fights Garm as Schaal watches.Coup de Grace approaches but Claude tells his squad to wait .Hank delivers the fatal blow to Garm. Garm praises Hank's performance and briefly restores Roy to his human form, and the two briefly reminisce about their time on the battlefield. Hank shot Roy shortly after his death, and Schaal asked Hank about Roy's past because she wanted to remember what kind of person he was. Hank describes Roy to Charles and says that if they could go back in time, they might be friends. Soon after, Fatal Shot aims his gun at Hank and Shar, and Cloud tells Hank that they can finally talk. Not long after, Coup de Grace aimed their gun at Hank and Schaal, Claude said to Hank that they could finally speak.

Claude also asks Hank if he knows why his eldest brother Cain started the rebellion.Hank knows that Claude is Cain's brother, but he explains to Claude that he only knows how to stop Cain in order for everything to end. When Claude wanted to press Hank to answer other questions, he was dissuaded by Schaal. Schaal told Claude that since he and Hank had the same purpose, they should work together, and she also promised that she would not let Hank cause a second Whitechurch Incident again because she'll stop Hank from spiraling out of control. At this time, Gerald told Claude that their army received an order from the president to go to Bold Creekbecause they found Cain in Bold Creek. Hank is given a Coup de Grace uniform as they must hide he's an Incarnate from the other units they will be working with. They reach the joint camp and meet Colonel Martin Wall, who is in charge of the operation. Hank organizes a night raid, as not even Miles can accurately snipe in the dark, and so will charge in himself to terrify and scatter the enemy troops. Hank draws him into a Coup de Grace ambush and he is gunned down. Shockingly, Miles gets back up, wounds healing, and he tells Hank he's become much stronger, to the point of being immortal. Wall comments the following day his men thought they saw a second Incarnate fighting Miles, but laughs it off after seeing Claude's unease.Miles bandages a wounded soldiers' arm and is thanked by him. Cain, watching, is amused, and Miles shrugged that he did used to be a doctor. He doesn't see the problem with being a soldier now either. Whether he helps the wounded or kills the enemy he gets thanked, and it's quicker to kill the enemy. Schaal and Hank speak at night around a fire and Hank laughs, showing how much he's opened up. She tells him to come back alive.Patria attacks the New Patria fortress the following day, both sides taking casualties. At sunset, Mile shows himself, inflicting heavy casualties until a tripwire knocks him to the ground and Hank blows up his arm with his spear. Miles remembers being a battlefield surgeon. He saved wounded soldiers, only for them to be sent back to the front lines and killed, making him fear there was no point in what he was doing. When he was assigned to the Incarnates, he killed enemy soldiers and the Northern troops he saved thanks him. He concluded this was the right course. Miles's arm regrows and Hank's transforms as the sun sets. When the two Incarnates clash, Wall tells one of his men to bring out the secret weapon, confusing Claude.

She followed Elizabeth and many Incarnates to invade the Southern Capital. While the fight between Hank and Miles continues, Wall recognizes Hank's true identity. Hank pins Miles with his own spear and signals the army to fire, and Miles's body begins to disintegrate. Hank realizes they have been surrounded by Wall's secret weapon, the poison of Abi, the Hydra Incarnate, turned into a poisonous mist called Alphard, which kills nearby soldiers too. Cain kills Wall by making him swallow Abi's poison.Just when Claude was about to be attacked by Cain, he was saved by Hank. Cain revealed to Hank and Claude that the fortress was a diversion as he traveled to the Southern Capital and killed the leader there who was about to sign an agreement with the North to fight against New Patria. Cain satirizes Hank still to stop his behavior. Cain believes that humans just treat Incarnates as props that are used and discarded at will, otherwise there would be no Incarnates.Cain asked Hank if he was grateful to him for killing Elaine, Hank denied Cain's claims. Hank knew that since Elaine created the Incarnates, she would want to make up for her mistakes and be prepared to be resented by everyone. In order to realize their enlightenment, Hank explained that both humans and Incarnates will make mistakes, and as long as they can correct their mistakes, they can return to righteousness and gain true redemption. Hank said he would fulfill his oath and Elaine's wish and what she couldn't do. He said that as Incarnates, they should be the existence that makes the war truly disappear.Cain admired Hank but pointed out that justice can only be created by the winner. Hank and Cain began to fight, Cain's unknown ability put Hank at a disadvantage. When the sun rises, Hank can no longer remain in his beast form. Cain expresses hope that Hank will survive and follow him as his friend. Hank stood up with Schaal's help. Cain remembered his dissatisfaction with Elaine and attacked Schaal, but Hank block Cain and tells his that a world that belongs only to them does not exist at all. Hank unleashes his unknown awakened power and knocks Cain to the ground. As Cain looks at the captured fortress, he tells Hank and Schaal that things won't be over soon, and before disappearing he says that they will meet again on a new battlefield.Cain controls the west and south of New Patria. The President calls for the army to fall back to the capital. As Hank and Schaal prepare to leave, Lisa promised Shar that she would continue to support her and Hank after they handled the matter. When Lisa and the soldiers from the Coup de Grace unit saw off Hank and Shar as they were about to embark on their journey, Claude and Gerald thought they would need Hank and Shar's help to defeat all the Incarnates that had lost their humanity. They will also take many contingency measures while Hank still has his wits about him. Hank is reminded of how much Schaal has changed since they first met, and Schaal says that as she goes through a lot, she begins to change her mind about all the Incarnates. Hank asked Schaal if she was prepared for a long-term battle. Schaal explains to Hank that she has found her purpose and is mentally prepared for Hank to successfully fulfill the vows they made to each other. At an unknown place, Cain looked at Elaine's body, who was locked in a glass container and still has a large gunshot wound to her right chest. Although Elaine was dead, but the liquid in the container shows that she is still alive and in a state of suspended animation and coma. Cain picked up a mysterious crystal (suspected to be Somnium) and told Elaine, who was still alive and in suspended animation, that the new world she wanted to destroy with her own hands would soon come, which would soon foretell Cain's intention to resurrect Elaine or use other plans to deal with Hank and Schaal.
