Ideology

Marxism–Leninism is the another ideology of CPI(M) although in the history of cpim there is also mentioned about the ideology of cpim and history tells us that 'Communism' and 'Marxism–Leninism' are the two ideology of Communist Party of India (Marxist). 1234comrade (talk) 15:36, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

I suggest to add Marxism–Leninism in ideology part 1234comrade (talk) 16:35, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Marxism-Leninism is their ideology, for Wikipedia purposes at least. It is not Wikipedia’s job to do political commentary. Literally everyone apart from non-CPIM communists (CPIML(Liberation), naxalites) considers CPIM to be Marxist-Leninist. They consider themselves to be Marxist-Leninist, talk about Marxism-Leninism, we should call them Marxist-Leninists. It doesn’t matter if you disagree, Wikipedia is supposed to be neutral. CPIM constitution also says that its ideology is Marxism-Leninism [1] : .... ARTICLE XI
Duties of Party Members
1. The duties of the Party members are as follows:
(a) To regularly participate in the activity of the Party organisation to which they belong and to faithfully carry out the policy, decisions and the directives of the Party.
(b) To study Marxism-Leninism and endeavour to raise their level of understanding...... XYZ 250706 (talk) 13:57, 5 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
