Use this page to request the committee open an arbitration case. To be accepted, an arbitration request needs 4 net votes to "accept" (or a majority). Arbitration is a last resort. WP:DR lists the other, escalating processes that should be used before arbitration. The committee will decline premature requests. Requests may be referred to as "case requests" or "RFARs"; once opened, they become "cases". Before requesting arbitration, read the arbitration guide to case requests. Then click the button below. Complete the instructions quickly; requests incomplete for over an hour may be removed. Consider preparing the request in your userspace. To request enforcement of an existing arbitration ruling, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement. To clarify or change an existing arbitration ruling, see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Clarification and Amendment. This page is for statements, not discussion.

Statement by TimothyBlue
BunnyyHop has been has been WP:BLUDGEONing discussions in an attempt to remove negative information or soften language related to communism in general and the Soviet Union and push their POV on the subject, an area covered by DS e-e. Examples (more examples in the ANI reports their edit history):
Numerous editors respond to BunnyyHop, but it is an endless cycle of repeated arguments with slightly different wording WP:BLUDGEON, WP:IDHT, refusal to WP:LISTEN to others, more posts expecting users to WP:SATISFY. This has created a battleground on numerous talk pages, is discouraging others from participating, and hindering the discussion. This is an attempt to "win" a discussion by volume and exhausting other users. There posts often are manipulative in their intention and employ word games.
ANI closing statement at previous ANI from Drmies: "A majority of editors is of the view that BunnyyHop should be topic-banned for consistently non-neutral editing, but there is not currently consensus for this view. Nonetheless, if non-neutral editing by BunnyyHop continues, editors may request a block or other sanctions at WP:AE (if in a topic area subject to WP:DS) or at WP:ANI".
BunnyyHop has ~1,252 edits, mainly in the last 3 months, mainly on talk and project space. There edits show they are here on a mission.
I request appropriate enforcement of DS e-e for DE, TE, based on the above examples and ANI reports. I feel topic bans related to Eastern Europe, and Communism/Marxism/Socialism would be appropriate. // Timothy :: talk 15:54, 10 February 2021 (UTC)

- @TimothyBlue: is there a reason you've come here instead of WP:AE if you're looking for enforcement of existing DS? Barkeep49 (talk) 16:36, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
- Hi @Barkeep49:, I have a complete lack of experience in this area, so I thought this was the appropriate place/time, any advice/assistance on how to properly proceed would be very welcome. I will read the link you posted. Thank you, // Timothy :: talk 16:50, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
