Where the person is non-notable at all, there is no doubt that a non-notable attribute of a non-notable person is notable enough for Wikipedia. It isn't. And the fact is that we do not list "List of People who have had Measles" (or other diseases not especially notable for those persons, indicates that lists of non-notable attributes even of notable people are not of actual encyclopedic value. My position is that we might as well have a list of people with false teeth, list of people with plastic surgery, and a few thousand other such lists.
