The last passenger train to use the station was a tour run by Train Tour Promotions to Robertstown using [[South Australian Railways 830 class|800 class locomotive 804]] on 20 May 1989. Eudunda became the terminus of the line with the closure of the Robertstown line on 25 September 1990.
