NITV National News is entirely staffed by [[Aboriginal people]] and [[Torres Strait Islander]] producers, journalists and presenters, including a political correspondent based at [[Parliament House, Canberra]]. The bulletin covers Indigenous news, current affairs, sport and weather. The studio is located at North Ryde in Sydney.
The weekday bulletins are presented by Natalie Ahmat and the weekend bulletins are presented by Eloise Watego. The Sports presenters are Lindsay Bassani and Shane Fredriksen. More information can be found on the [http://nitv.org.au/news/ NITV National News] website.
The program is directed at Indigenous viewers, but has found a wide audience among non-Indigenous Australians interested in [[Indigenous Australian]] issues, as such topics are rarely covered in the mainstream Australia media.
