Dimensions: 48" x 32" Details: This gorgeous abstract piece was entirely handmade from hundreds of recycled wine and corks procured from wine tasting rooms and wineries located in Napa, Sonoma and Temecula. This particular piece took nearly a month to create starting with the handmade poplar frame and plywood backing which itself takes nearly a week. This frame is dyed a rich walnut and finished with shellac but made to order work will be given a choice of black or walnut. Each wine cork is meticulously cut, sometimes multiple times and placed with intention using the highest quality low VOC craft glue to remain in place for the life of the work. This artwork would make a grand statement in any sophisticated setting. Although the one pictured is currently in stock, future orders will me made to order and will never be carbon copies, each piece is unique and one of a kind.
