Another Raku lesson learned. This is an unusual, but interesting lot! What happened was… These were in my last Raku firing of the day. A friend was visiting and while we were chatting the gas bottle was running low, so I switched the burner off, to continue our chat. The kiln had reached approx 600°C at that point.
