The Mala is a Buddhist prayer rosary consisting of 108 beads + 109 Guru Bead. Each bead is threaded on a string made of genuine silk and separated by a knot tied during meditation and chanting (mantra singing). The Mala I have handmade is crafted from Sodalite stones and Rudraksha seeds. It is completed with a Guru Bead in the form of a raw Lapis Lazuli stone and a symbolic, traditional tassel. The bead diameter is 8mm. All malas are happily made and shipped from Poland.
