Yes, four bags of chips and two pounds of ground beef. Grab the next bag of cheese you guys. It's going to be the bigger This looks so good. Yeah, we need more cheese. Let's get some on here. More color this way too, right? The sharp sharp. Yeah, this is like a Wisconsin sharp cheese, cheddar cheese. Does it matter what kind of cheese you use or what? You know, you, the more the process, the better. The easier melt. Little black bean. Little more protein. Kinda fun. Not everybody loves beans. I love beans. Just normal black beans. Normal black beans but you know what? You can actually get them with diced chilies, green pepper. Okay, this is a great mixture of red pepper, yellow, and orange pepper. Beautiful color. Oh man, that looks good. Green pepper is a little strong for people so I just want to tone it down with some red and yellow. I take the whole thing out. It's nice because you already chopped it so literally you're just popping it on. So easy. And it's all set. Right. Look at this color. Wow. It looks really good. I like the green onions because it's just a real subtle flavor of onion and the color is so fun. Wow. How many people can this feed? Oh, I'm going to guess 16 to 20. All right on one one grill. Oh, who doesn't like a little cilantro? And you just you're going to like scoop it at the end. Oh yeah. You just come in here with a tong. Grab as much as you want. And just for a little bit more kick. Woo hoo. Fresh lime juice. Now I might just get some tin foil just to top it a little bit. Yep. Let it heat through so the cheese starts to melt. Yeah so this is going to get all melty and cheesy like nachos. Yeah. Look how beautiful that is. It's really cool. Doesn't this look like a party ready to happen in my mouth? I mean, this is a party, that's for sure. We're just going to tempt it. And you got it on low heat here. So the low heat kind of like it still keeps it warm but then makes it kind of Here we go. Wow. Here, this is been a couple of minutes. It's going to kind of get, you know, nice and melty and gooey from the bottom up and then it's just going to be hm I love it. Stay high. What do you mean? Ready. Hit me up. Oh wow. That looks good. Now the ones at the bottom toasty. Yeah tell me how it is. Life changing. So delicious. You never make nachos?
