It was so so good that I don’t think I’m having it any other way🤩

Ingredients I used:
- 200g paneer 
- 2 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter 
- 1 onion 
- 1 tomato 
- 1 green chilli 
- 1/4 inch ginger
- salt 
- turmeric 
- coriander leaves 
- garam masala

Fermented ragi dosa made with whole ragi grains, this is one of my favourite dosa recipes ♥️

Ragi Dosa
🌾 Ragi - 1.5 cups
🌾 Whole urad - 1/2 cup
🌾 Methi seeds - 1.5 tsp
🌾 Water - 1.5 cups

Method
👉🏻 Wash and soak ingredients for 6-8 hours.
👉🏻 Blend it along with water.
👉🏻 Mix the batter with your hands and let it ferment for 4-8 hours.
👉🏻 It bubbles and increases in size post fermentation, add salt and the batter is ready to make dosas ♥️

Paneer burji
🍛 Oil, Mustard & cumin - 1tsp
🍛 Capsicum - 1/2
🍛 Mushroom - 6-8
🍛 Spring onions - 4 stalks
🍛 Turmeric & pepper - 1/2 tsp 
🍛 Salt - to taste
🍛 Tomato - 1
🍛 Paneer - 1/2 pack

Method 
👉🏻 Splutter cumin and mustard
