David on Instagram: "French Dip Grilled Cheese 🧀🔥 This is up there in the best sandwiches I’ve ever ate, definitely a must try 🔥 Ingredients - 2 lbs chuck roast - 3 carrots - stalk of celery - 1 onion - 1 cup red wine - beef stock (enough to cover the meat) - 2 tbsp beef bouillon - rosemary, sage, and thyme - sourdough - cheddar and monetary jack - butter - 2 heads of garlic - salt and pepper - 2 tbsp may - 2 tbsp sour cream - 1 tbsp prepared horseradish - squeeze lemon juice First, cut your roast up and brown in a Dutch oven. Remove your meat and add your chopped carrots, celery, and onion. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat then add some beef bouillon and mix well. Add your wine and simmer on medium heat. Add your meat back to the Dutch oven and cover in beef stock.
