✨Check that your yeast is fresh (not expired!) for the best rise
✨You CAN freeze dough between rises to use another time
✨Add a paper towel to a tray to soak up excess oil after frying 
✨Use a thermometer and timer to gauge the best temperature and time to fry your dough at
✨Use metal or silicone-tipped tongs for frying
✨I like to glaze while warm to lock in moisture
✨Leave donuts plain, glazed, rolled in cinnamon or powdered sugar, or glazed AND dip! Lots of options!
✨Use a thicker glaze as a dip to decorate (or find my chocolate ganache or biscoff dip recipes in my reels)!
