This year we’re having a Cajun Christmas. Mom’s Cajun, so she’s going to read the Cajun Night Before Christmas book to our 17 grandkids on Christmas Eve. I decorated the tree with a real turtle shell, an alligator head, oyster shell Santas, okra Santas, bobbers, and Spanish Moss for that Cajun tree feel. We’re having gumbo, boudin dip, and gator sausage. Mom’s turning 88 in a few days. Merry Christmas Sha!
