I've taken one of my favorite charcuterie board cheeses; creamy boursin and breaded it and crisped it up in the air fryer. This is a great Thanksgiving appetizer. Can be used as part of a cheese board or just serve with some crackers or slices of french bread. Crispy, crunchy and smooth and creamy. The perfect holiday appetizer and it comes together in minutes! Create a breading station: one bowl for the flour, one for the egg, and one for the panko with the salt and pepper. 2. Coat the boursin in the flour on all sides, then the beaten egg, and finally in the panko mixture. 3. Be sure to coat all sides and press panko on to cheese to make sure it is sticking. 4. Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F 5. Place the coated Boursin in the air fryer basket. Spray olive oil over the top and sides of coated Boursin.
