Use any small ball and an elastic band from your next broccoli 🥦 or get fancy with the @meltmethod hand & foot kit that I’m using. Try up to 3x 10 slow lifts daily.

Once you’ve nailed these, see if you can do the lifts without the band and the ball BUT without your big toes drifting in! This is hard so be patient & consistent.
