Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.2️⃣Drizzle olive oil over the bottom of the sheet pan, then place the squash face down. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.3️⃣While the squash roasts, make the butter. Place the dates and the water into a food processor and process for about 2 minutes. Add the butter, garlic, rosemary and salt and process again until a whipped compound butter forms.4️⃣Remove the squash from the oven and flip them. Smother the tops with the butter.
