Dr. Joe Damiani - TMJ, Head & Neck Specialist on Instagram: "Comment the word ‘DIZZY’ on this post if you need help getting rid of dizziness, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, headaches or other funky head and neck and face symptoms?… and I’ll help you out! There are several variations and approaches to address this area and this one is to release and then activate. It gives us the opportunity to renormalize length-tension ratios in the region…. Thus nerves, muscles and blood vessels can be decompressed causing reduction of symptoms. Comment the word ‘DIZZY’ on this
Alex Dalili on Instagram: "Here’s another mobility routine for the lower back that is entirely equipment-free. This is to show you that you don’t need any tools, just the willingness to take some time for yourself. In the video, I go quickly just for the sake of creating the video, but make sure to perform the exercises carefully and mindfully. Repeat each exercise 10 times on both the right and left sides, then repeat the entire series 2 or 3 times! Let me know how it works for you. He was going to physical therapy and was told the problem was “muscle tightness” so the treatment consisted of massage, scraping, and stretching of his hip flexors muscles which resulted in absolutely no progress. “Muscle tightness” is just the symptom of something else. Muscles don’t just decide to be tight! 🔑 The key here is to understand the bigger picture. Muscle tightness is not going to be the root cause, but rather a symptom. Many many things may be causing the muscle tightness, it can be your workout, your shoe, y
