My products are created using a sublimation process. Sublimation is the transition of substance directly from the solid (the print on paper) to the gas state (application of heat and pressure). The designs are printed using a special printer and ink. The ink is then infused onto the substrate (product) at a molecular level using high heat (not topical as in screen printing or vinyl). The printed colors are more vibrant/vivid because of the dye bonding to the fibers of the fabric or the poly surface of a hard substrate. This process creates a high print quality that will not peel or fade and allows for complete customization for each and every item. Production Time and Shipping **All products are created just for your order and shipping times do not include the time it takes to make your item. **Most products are made within one week of order. **Orders are shipped USPS. If this order is personalized, You Must Approve the digital proof I send you via Etsy messages before we can ship your order. Please double check your order, colors may be slightly different when printed, all monitors vary in color calibration. Due to Personalization of this item your order is not returnable or refundable, unless there is damage in shipping, contact me with ay issues, your satisfaction is my highest priority. The Customer is responsible for shipping items back for return/replacement. Personalization Steps There is a picture within the listing that explains the steps for personalization, all you need to do is enter any text in the personalization box when ordering and after you have placed your order, send me a message on Etsy by using the Contact Seller Button and attach the photo in the message. That email will attach with your order for me on my end. If you can't upload from the device or computer you are using you can still send me a message and we will figure out how to get your image to me for your item.
