The hat is finished with a grosgrain band inside and beautiful and luxurious silky lining. * The hat is is made from wool felt. The rose flower ornament is inspired by the creations of the great artist of the Art Deco era, Charles Rennie Mackintosh. You can choose it in 6 different colors. To add even more sophistication to the hat, the flower is adorned with a sensual veil in vintage style. The rose in the images is in Lipstick Red. * It is my signature design and any attempt to copy it will be denounced. * ENTIRELY HANDSEWN. It is an artisan product, completely handmade, none of the pieces I make is absolutely identical to another. Made to order. I personally design and handcraft each headpiece with care and great attention to detail. * This hat is made to your specific measurements and with the color you have chosen. This means that it is a custom piece, I do not have all these hats in stock, they are made one by one, according to the wishes of each one of my customers, so I hope you understand why I do not accept returns, but please, contact me if you have any problem with your hat. I am a very affable person and I want customers who have trusted my artistic skills to be happy using my creations. * Measure the circumference of your head horizontally just above your eyebrows. Please, do not tighten the tape too much and between two sizes, choose the larger one. Let me know if you have any doubts regarding the size you have to choose. * Can be made it in a variety of different colors. Note: Colors will vary depending on your monitor and there will also be some variations due to dye lots. As you can see, I offer a wide range of colors, but it is possible that some of them are temporarily out of stock, I usually order the materials from Italy once a month, but I can't be constantly correcting listings. If when you make your purchase your color is out of stock, I will notify you immediately of the possibilities that exist and when your color will be available again. * Care instructions: Gently brushing with a soft brush, like the one used on suede shoes and bags, helps to remove dust and revive the fiber. Lint remover can also be used. For dark colors it is good to go over them with a damp cloth. * Processing times may vary depending on the amount of previous orders that have been placed, but normally it is around 5 weeks. I update it often and you can see the estimated delivery date below. I don't have all these hats in stock, I make them one by one, with the size and color that each customer has chosen, completely handmade! It is really very laborious work, so if you need your order by a certain date that is very recent, before placing the order, contact me, please, so that I can confirm if the deadlines of elaboration and shipment of the hat are adjustable to the date that you need it. On some occasions I can place express orders, but this is not always feasible, I cannot handicap customers who have placed their order before yours, sorry! Also, if I don't ship the previously purchased hats by the date scheduled by Etsy, the platform will penalize me. * Shipping is always by registered mail with tracking number. The day your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking number, but you can always check it quickly through your Etsy profile, in the drop-down menu in the PURCHASES section. Europe: 3-5 business days USA, Canada: 7-12 business days Australia: 2-3 weeks * For some strange and inexplicable reason, in some countries, such as the USA, state postal services, such as USPS, do not always update the tracking number when the shipment enters the territory of this country... it is very frustrating for all Etsy sellers. Normally the shipping time is around 7-12 days, if after 14 days you have not received the package and they have not left you a note to pick it up from your local USPS office, please go and check the status of the shipment. Most likely it won't be reachable with the tracking number, but by providing your address, they have to find it. If the package is not picked up within 14 days of its arrival, it will be returned to me. * Your order is sent in a box made of the hardest cardboard possible, also the shipping method I have chosen is for packages only up to 3 kilos, so it is practically impossible for you to receive it deformed, even so, in the very unlikely case if this happens, PLEASE DO NOT PICK UP THE PACKAGE! If the hat you purchasing is for a very special occasion or for a gift and it needs to be delivered in a package that is just as spectacular as the piece itself, let me know and I will send it in a black and white striped box, but the price of the shipping will increase considerably, since the millinery boxes are not hard enough and I have to put it inside a cardboard box so that you receive it without deforming. * Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
