I hand made this skirt by upcycling gently used denim fabric sourced from various denim garments .       Measurement: Length 191" includes fringe. Waist -30" Hips -40" Size -6/M Used to be high waisted jeans,  But, not necessarily in " this case ")) If you have smaller  waist,  the skirt going to be lower,  looking  longer.  Pure cotton denim. Consider, this fabric is not  strachy.
