In stressful situations, we try to control our environment, other people or the things around us that are not in our control to handle the stress. But, it won't help because we can't change what we can't control. Instead, focus on what you can control.

Change what you can; let go of what you can't. This is especially important when it comes to other people. You can't make them change; you can only love them for what they are.
