Pretty cards

Congratulations to our Featured Stamper today. Barbara has a wonderful gallery, with beautifully coloured images. I couldn't hope to do justice to those, so I chose this pretty card to case https://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2888689?&cat=500&ppuser=442038 I kept the cherry blossom theme, making these changes: used a circle for the framing, used dies to create the cherry blossom, and stamped the words on a small panel. Our mums do so much for us everyday, whether it’s help with domestic chores like washing our clothes or cooking our dinner, or just simply being there to listen to our problems at the other end of the phone, they really put themselves out to do all they can for us. I finally got round to using the Pretty Pink Posh parcel dies, I missed them the first time round. So I cased a card from A blog called Wanda that I found on Pinterest They came out for Christmas last year so I’m looking forward to using them this year. The birthday sentiment is MFT in matching colours. Hope everyone survived the heat, hiding out for the last few days, my joints certainly not liking the heat. Maybe I’ll get round to some card making now.
