The Best Swedish Meatballs - 1 lb / 500g minced meat, ¼ cup GF bread crumbs, 1 Tb parsley, 1 ts oregano, ¼ cup onion, ½ ts Garlic Powder, ⅛ ts Pepper, ½ ts salt, 1 egg, Brown 12-20 balls then remove - SAUCE - in same pan 1 Tb nut oil, 3- 5 Tb ghee or ccnut oil, 3 Tb arrowroot/tapioca flour, 2 cups beef broth, 1 cup ccnut cream, 1 Tb Tamari sauce, 1 ts Dijon mustard salt and pepper to taste - ADD meatballs back in - Serve with rice or noodles
