This vintage ring is a winner in every respect. A beautiful Antique Engagement Ring circa 1900s. Art Deco 18k white gold marked. You can see it in the pic. Very faint from wear but it is there. The diamond is estimated and judged to be between .45 and .48 total carat weight. SI clarity, H/I color range. European cut diamond, Near colorless. Very sparkling and beautifully faceted. Tested and confirmed by my local jeweler who is in business over 30 years. Beaded 6 sided framework surrounds the solitaire which is Bezel set. The 18k gold white setting is embellished with art deco milgrain and filigree design finishes EVERYWHERE on the settingshoulders, shank, basket that holds the diamond, and the head, where the diamond rests securely. You do not see this type of workmanship in the jewelry of today. It is absolutely stunning and will look rich and exquisite on your hand.
